Quality Control

Inspection & QC Process

Jiu-Jeng is equipped with a fully professional technical production line and highly efficient, advanced manufacturing machinery. We have implemented the Japanese 5S management methodology to optimize on-site shop floor management, which not only elevates overall work performance but also ensures stable and premium production quality.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

As the first gate for all components entering the factory, dedicated inspectors perform specification validation and full cosmetic checks. This ensures quality control right from the source, strictly preventing defective components from entering the assembly line.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Every single manufacturing stage strictly follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for layered checks. Multiple inspection checkpoints are configured throughout key processes to achieve comprehensive, zero-blind-spot quality regulation.

Final Quality Control (FQC)

Upon final assembly, in addition to conventional specification and aesthetic verifications, all newly developed items must undergo dynamic riding and running tests to validate overall structural strength and stability, ensuring total compliance with safety standards before release.

Inspection Report

Corresponding ex-factory inspection reports can be provided upon client request. Crucial parameters including Tension, True S.S. (Side-to-Side / Lateral Trueness), Hop U.D. (Up-and-Down / Radial Trueness), and Dish O.F. (Offset) are fully recorded to ensure that shipment quality aligns with specifications and customer expectations.
